I’ve always been a fan of skilled boxers/ boxer-punchers guys who stand in range and can slip and counter in combos guys with good head movement but overall I really don’t have a real preference if your fighting the best I’m a fan.
My top 3 currently is Canelo, Haney, and Spence hopefully he can bounce back from the Crawford L

Great punchers. I appreciate guys that seem to have a natural ability to punch, but my favorites are the guys whose punching power comes at least in part due to them understanding how to maximize their punching ability and apply it skillfully.

I especially love when they are able to apply their punching power from the outside, in the pocket, and while fighting on the inside. A bonus if they are able to generate devastating power from both hands.

Modern examples of personal favorites would be Inoue and Golovkin. An old timer favorite would be Dempsey.

i look for patience in young fighters aswell. Want to see them jabbing and using feints. Not going balls to the wall flailing 100% power shots or missing alot of shots.

I am into fighters who prove it like Ali, Hagler, Duran, Azumah Nelson, Floyd Mayweather and the list goes on and on.

Ones in women's underwear and lacy tights.

In all seriousness, I like technicality, toughness and hardpunchers. Boxers that can fight, brawl and box. Ones that don't act like pure divas and just have a profound, esoteric love of fighting - takes 1 to give 1. Boxers that don't cherry pick all the friggin time. I do really enjoy the Mexican boxer-puncher and the widened stance of the amateur eastern European style yet with agile footwork. Infighting is definitely a rare skill and just friggin love it, it's rough, it's brutal and it's clearly so intuitive as well as technical (you just need a ref that's not a kittykat and doesn't always break things a part).

On the technical side, I love the slipping, dipping, parrying, riding shots, being able to throw variations of the lead hand (power, jab, distance), using shoulders/elbows/head (dirty tactics), combining wrestling methods on the inside (Ward, Duran, etc.), sublime balance (e.g. Inoue), innovative styles (e.g., Loma), and grit/heart (e.g., Froch).

I dislike counterpunchers a fair bit tbh - I just think they are annoying to watch, like fight mate don't just stand there and be passive!! This is an aggressive sport, be aggressive!!! (E.g., Mayweather, old canelo, Crawford, etc.).

His speed of hand and feet, power, ring generalship, versatility and he is a dog. What’s there not to like?

Just seems odd to be "into" fighters that prove it and a massive fan of a guy who's shown potential but consistently refused to prove it (by making/taking fights with the better fighters available).

    Or in other words...

What's not to like, except for being the opposite of what you like...

Usyk encapsulates it for me just now. Humble fighting man with fighting skills above the competition for all to see. Respects the sport and has no interest in clown circuses to duck a rival.

He's a very good fighter, but not in Duran's league.
