    • 10+ "top heavyweight contenders" refused to fight IBF final eliminator with him
    • almost 3 years sitting at top of the IBF, waiting his chance
    • Hearn rubbing his hands and Southerland kicking the table, maybe by the age of 40 he will attack the title
    • Usyk straight up jumped Hrgovic mandatory and IBF allowed it even if it is not in IBF rules that Unification trumps mandatory
    • IBF has not had mandatory in 4 years
    • Funny thing, he didnt even recive any step aside money

It is obvious that the sports best interest is to have a unification bout now. Hrgovic, whose win in the eliminator is controversial, should not stand in the way of that. He should give Zhang a rematch and then winner goes against Fury Usyk winner as double mando (IBF and WBO), duly deserved. Also, isn’t Zhang’s belt a WBO interim world championship belt ? Why isn’t it interesting for Hrgovic to obtain that ?

After these huge delays, I won't watch the unification fight because Usyk and Fury are hypocrites and I don't like them, as for Hrgovic, I guess he will have a fight until the end of the year or he should retire, because it's not worth taking risks and fighting for small money...

Hrgovic will now willingly accept a fight with Zhang if the opportunity arises...

You don't have to front, you'll watch it. I feel your sentiment though.

    • That bout had many chances to happen in the past. Hrgovic win is clear, it is a narative set up that first it was a close fight, then it was a draw, than it was close Zhang win, then it was pure robbery in fight that Zhang dominated. Get overyourself.
    • He asked Zhang for the rematch before, Zhang declined
    • No when they are guaranteed a title shot why would they fight each other again, interim belt is just mandatory spot, which Hrgovic has
    • Also, being rejected by entire top 15 makes you deserving of the title shot

It's going on 3 years with no mandatory for the IBF. But I agree with the rest

LOL. The win was clear?!? you have no ****ing clue about boxing. Who are you? hrgovic's cousin?

If hrovic doesnt get a title shot, then he will have to fight for no title. Exactly the same as the rest of the fighters in the world.

Hrovic's resume is terrible, btw. No wonder why he doesnt get a title shot. Apart from zhang (who many of us think zhang won that fight) he has fought no freaking one.

Ask your cousin to build a decent record and to stop crying. Usually people dont like crying pussies.

    • Again - which narative is that you accepted?
      • Close win by Hrgovic
      • Draw
      • Close win by Zhang
      • Controversial one - pure robbery in which all 3 judges are corrupt and bought by Hearn, Zhang dominated
Resume - ducked by Andy Ruiz, Parker, Ortiz, Joyce, Kabayel, Gassiev, Hunter, Bakole, Sanchez, Martin, Joshua, and now Usyk.

The problem is not that Fury vs Usyk is on. The problem is that this fight still can be cancel and Hrgovic who is numero uno found himself trapped. Waiting- can give him nothing but losing time.
Fighting? Then Usyk choose other fight if Tyson injured od smth else happend to him.

If I was on Hrgovic place I would start attack on social media ppl like Parker, Ruiz, Chisora. Maybe Joyce/Yoka.
He should fight and dont care about belts now bacuse he lost many time.
He should just beat good names and make his name bigger and bigger.

I suspect what is about to happen is:

IF undisputed happens, there will be a two-way rematch clause. The IBF know this, Warren knows this. It is likely why Warren wouldn't talk about there being a rematch clause (when questioned on TalkSport about there being one), because it will force the IBF's hand.

SO the first fight will happen. Then the winner will be stripped when the rematch is activated. Hrgovic then fights the winner of Wallin v Gassiev for the title. I can't imagine Hrgovic is too happy about this. So, Hrgovic should be writing letters to the IBF asap.

At the end of the day Usyk forced through his WBO mandatory challenge when the fans wanted Fury v Joshua for undisputed. So, I can't get behind the idea of Hrgovic not getting his title shot this year, UNLESS he receives step-aside money.

    • IBF gave green light for the fight, Hrgovic has no say.
    • Waiting gives him nothing, the WBC is now next to order, also there is possibility of rematch and trillogy
    • Parker, Chisora, Joyce, Yoka all defeated fighters, no value from them, Anderson on the other hand would be great.
    • Good names all ducked him, Ruiz 3 times, Parker, Joyce, Joshua, Martin, Ortiz, Hunter, Bakole, Wallin, Sanchez......
    • He can only fight Anderson (if he accepts) and Arslanbek Makmudov, or he can retire.

IBF doesnt care about Hrgovic, they gave green light. WBC will make the next mandatory from Joshua-Wilder, dont kid yourself, Hrgovic will never have a chance at the title.

We shall see. But I am on Hrgovic's side on this one (just as I was on Usyk's when he was WBO mandatory, and Whyte's for the WBC). I don't like the idea of any challenger being screwed over because it is inconvenient for the money men of boxing.

Btw could you explain why you think the IBF will allow the WBC to go before them? I don't see that happening.
