He obviously wasn't going to take the dive after a whistleblower posted it on here, was he? The game was up. But we'll never be sure what happened behind the scenes.

Canelo`s trunks were really high v GGG meaning GGG couldn`t throw any legal shots to his body.

Way off? I predicted it would go the distance, I said it would be hard for either guy to get a stoppage. I did think it would be more competitive, however I also said that Charlo should come in lighter and not put on too much weight which would slow him down. Jermell landed some decent shots here and there, but not enough jabs. Jermell needed to come out like he did against Castaño in the rematch, moving, jabbing, sticking and moving, etc. He didn't fight like that, it was a very slow start and he let Canelo take the lead in rounds 2 and 3 instead of jumping on him and setting the pace early, which he needed to do if he was gonna have a chance to win a decision.

Surprisingly it was Canelo who utilized the jab more. I kept thinking that Charlo should have tried throwing a lead straight right hand more. After the 10th his trainer was telling him to throw more one-twos, anotherwords, more straight shots less looping shots. Then again Charlo has caught plenty of fighters with those looping shots, but not someone as disciplined as Canelo.

So yes, I did expect more from Jermell, but I also didn't make any bold predictions about anyone getting KTFO or anything. The fact that it was one-sided was because 1) Canelo looked better than he's looked in years, probably his best performance since beating Saunders 2) Jermell just wasn't as sharp as he usually is, probably because of the weight, and again it's one thing to move up 2 weight classes, but he didn't need to weigh-in at 167 ½. He shoulda came in at 162 or something, and I think he would have done better.

It wasn't as competitive as I thought it would be, but it did go the distance. Plenty of people predicted a brutal KO or a Charlo win. I expected more from Charlo, I expected a more exciting fight, but he was never close to being stopped, so I was right about that.

After careful consideration, after such a hand on heart statement from yourself, after what just happened, explain why you aren’t an oxygen thief.

I still think ginger should have worked harder towards the KO. His 'bicep bomb' thing should really be directed at the head. That said we all knew Canelo would win easily.

Wow, this one didn't age well. Not that it was a plausible thesis to begin with.

I was there ringside for that fight I know Margarito didn't cheat He legitimately made Quitto Cotto QUIT on his knees. Fight 2 was a carbon copy except the NY doc jumped when he saw Cotto wilting AGAIN & stopped the fight. Not for Tonys eye but to save Cotto quitting AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!! Tony was beating his chest yelling "C'mon lets Fight!!!!!!
