Tyson Fury vs Usyk is ON

Well anything can happen until they actually get in the ring so I will actually believe it when it happens but aside from Fury being a massive dick head lately fair play for this... if it does happen... it's about time because I think they both are at the Tipping Point now & the decline is due for both of them.. in fact you can start to see it with Usyk a little already... I'm sticking with my prediction I've always thought Fury will just be a little bit too much for him but it won't take anything away from Usyks Legacy.. the winner is a HW ATG for me too.. Usyk already is at CW...

 

Well said mate. I've noticed Fury has been getting roasted by fans and hounded by media. It's possible he just wants to ease the pressure off then work out something else later. Respect if he does get in there though

 

Usyk's people probably believe they've finally got a fight nailed down, until after the clown fight & fury spews a thousand reasons why he can't / won't fight. We've seen it a thousand times, this is just 1001.

I,m surprized its overall so silent here regarding this question .

 

I think a lot of folks got discussing it out of their system already, and now we're just settled in waiting for the full announcement.

I'll join in on your discussion though. I'm backing Usyk to win. He's my favorite fighter so there's a natural bias there, but having seen all of his fights and quite a few of Fury's, I just think he possesses the tools to defeat him. On the flipside though, a Fury win is not at all out of the question. He's got some tricks himself that can trouble Usyk.

I don't believe it'll be an easy night for either man, which is fantastic. Two exceptional and undefeated talents going at in to prove who the man of this generation is, it's like something from a movie. I can't say with absolute certainty who will win, but I know whoever gets his hand raised after the final bell will have earned his status as Undisputed.

That’s how I see it as well although I am on the Tyson Fury supporting side.

I see it as a 70/30 fight as far as chances go in favor of Tyson Fury. That still means there is a good chance Usyk might win as well.

The thing I am most concerned with for Fury is all the potential distractions. Netflix, the exhibition bout. Typically when fighters starts playing in movies and show up in music videos etc. it never works well for their performance in the ring.

I just know Usyk is already preparing for the fight.

 

No fight involving Fury is actually on until he hits the ring. Just ask Wlad and Ustinov.

 

My gut instinct is Fury crushes Usyk, though I'll be rooting for Oleksandr if it actually happens. I usually go for the boxer & Usyk is certainly the better boxer but Fury will be a nightmare for him.

Much as I hate to say it, Fury by clean KO somewhere between rds. 5-7.
