Jermell did himself no favors when he went out on a whimper instead of going out on his shield against Canelo. Who does Jermell have to beat to redeem himself after his embarrassing performance and do you think he’ll be able to bounce back or is this the end of the road for him?

He doesn't seem mentally strong so I doubt he will have the smarts to bounce back strong.

He's perfect for the picking by Crawford.

He's done just like his brother. Zoo or Crawford will finish him off if he isn't already finished.

He's already stated he's just in it for the cash now, so no.

That being said, if he went back down to 154 and fought Tim to reclaim his belt in emphatic fashion with a dominant win I'm sure most people would excuse his gobshite poor performance against Canelo.

If he was smart he would come clean about his and his brother's little scam of pulling the switcheroo and say it was Jermallo in the ring on Saturday night.

If his head is in the game, he can still do some good at 154. But after this embarrassing loss, and the stuff going on between him and his brother, he needs a fully focused head in the game. Side note, being coddled for too long as a pro will do this to you.

He jumped two weight classes and lost to a guy who's bigger and better.

    Everyone called this.

Unless he cleans out 154 he's not recovering

True but Crawford was willing to tax even before he ran to Canelos big purse.

Nah he is finished. Give it a few more years and both Charlo's will be broke and in and out of mental institutions.

This also proves my point of him avoiding Tsyzu & even Crawford for a weak cop out,

When so many here on the boards where raving about it how it couldn't ever be considered a duck because he is fighting a more accomplished harder fighter for greatness!?, that notion was proven to be false as Charlo didn't even bother fighting at all especially to actually try to win, put a stink to it more like.

Yep and they were all saying "Tszyu would do the same thing if offered the fight" Maybe he would but I guarantee Tszyu would've given it his all and actually try beating Canelo.

Tszyu would have gone all out in the fight head on & also would have fought a better complete fight, it would be very uncharacteristic for Tszyu to do what Charlo just did, or should i say did not do haha.
