Why does Floyd Mayweather only promote little men?

    all of floyd's boxers are little men under 5 feet 6 inches... all small weights under super welterweight... why does he do it?... he doesn't seem interested in promoting heavyweight fighters... or semi complete... all diminitus men... for example Oscar, I know he is a terrible promoter but he was promoting fighters of all weights when his company was at its best.

    Mayweather was a terrible promoter. Richardson Hitchins left Mayweather Promotions to join Matchroom and within 3 fights in a year he’s proven himself as one of the best at 140 and is ready for a world title shot after beating Jose Zepeda in comprehensive fashion without losing a round.

    Floyd has an inferiority complex and is a very insecure person.

    Deep down he knows he's not really TBE. He avoided prime Mosley, prime Pacquiao, prime De La Hoya, Guzman, Tszyu, Williams, Forrest and Margarito. He fought little guys like Marquez who had to move up two divisions from 135, as well as Hatton who had to move up from 140, but of course Floyd refused to jump two divisions to fight Golovkin at 160, or even one division to fight Wright or Forrest. He was no fearless warrior like Billy Conn, Henry Armstrong or Roberto Duran.

    His craven running boxing style and risk-free matchmaking, both for himself and his protege Davis, reveals his underlying fear and insecurity.

    And because he's insecure, he feels more comfortable managing little guys.

    Little man syndrome.
    Pure and simple.
    He wants to promote only guys that he thinks he can control/intimidate and call the shots.

    If he was managing the likes of Fury or Chisora and they started slagging him off he couldn't handle it cos there's **** all he could do
