    Beautiful finish as I expected from the imperious Leigh Wood. He's a great featherweight after all, I hope he moves onto some great unifications or challenges in the weight above.

    True, Wood did pounce on him really quickly and put those shots together nicely. I don't think Warrington is a take a knee type of guy even if he did have time though. He's a very proud and tenacious guy.

    Kinda, the rules don't say anything about the fighter being allowed to continue because it is the end of the round though, you stop them as if it is 2:45 to go. It would have been exciting to see if Warrington could have put himself back together though in reality. Why not give them the minute then take a quick look at them at the beginning of the next? You do it for swollen eyes as we saw in the support.

    Warrington did seem concussed to me post-fight though. It wasn't satisfying but was probably for the best.
