It's speculation whether they were the best possible versions of themselves, they made the fight and that's it. What isn't speculation is that 1. Wallin beat Gassiev 2. The judges had it much closer than was the public consensus (with one card being obviously corrupt), indicating that firm favourite Gassiev had a political advantage.
I just state the facts. Fury's got in the ring with Wlad, Wilder x3 and if reports are correct soon Usyk, aka the best opponents. You're intellectually sub-normal if you think he was afraid of a hypejob like Joyce who couldn't even legitimately beat Jennings and never put a dent in him.
furys got the weakest resume in heavyweight boxing for a champion whose been the champ for as long as he has mate thats a fact hes no fought all comers even joshua has deeper resume
"even joshua has deeper resume" Brainless Jim, you've been listening to too much Hatman. Vitali has a weaker resume than Wilder, let alone Fury. How many losses would Joshua have if he'd fought Fury's opponents? Four right off the start, mostly by KO (champ Wlad in Germany, Wilder x3 in America). And given the Ruiz beatdown, at least one of the thirty others would have got him too.
its so important to have good resume its all about the resume and furys resume is lacking as he only has one top win and vladmir was on the slide he didnt take fury serious vitali fought all comers he had about 15 title defences mate how manys fury had
"its so important to have good resume its all about the resume" You're morphing into Mitch. "only has one top win" One more than Wlad or Vitali ever had and Wilder's also better than anyone they ever beat. Wallin would probably beat all of the guys Vitali beat too. "vitali fought all comers" His best win is arguably Chisora, who is way down the list of Fury's wins. Absolute crap given the hype, with a 9 round quitjob against LHW Byrd and a 6 round doctor's stoppage loss against chinny Lewis to boot, couldn't put a dent in either. "about 15 title defences" He had fewer consecutive defences than Wlad or Wilder and no one really cares about how many Danny Williams's, Albert Sosnowski's and Manuel Charr's you beat.
its all about facing your mandatries vitali had about 15 defenses how manys fury had im still waiting joshua has best resume in heavyweights right now and it eats away at you mate
"its all about facing your mandatries" Wilder faced his WBC bum mandatories and contenders just as Vitali did. But Wilder had a much stronger title reign because he fought Ortiz and Fury multiple times. Vitali had 10 WBC defences against Chisora or sub-Chisora level opposition. The WBO was regarded as a mickey mouse belt back then, like the IBO. Fury's had as many defences of belts as Foreman and more than Liston and is about to make the 10th defence of his lineal title. But it's the big wins that really count, not beating Sosnowski, Williams, Pianeta, Mormeck, Leapai etc. etc. "joshua has best resume in heavyweights right now" No dummy, Chisora does by the "quality of opposition fought" metric. Fury has the best resume by a "fought the best and won, with no defeats" metric. Joshua doesn't register by any metric. It's like I'm talking to Eddie Hearn.
so you dont think chris eubank was a world champion then jonny nelson also its about fighting best and beating them of course its no chisora joshuas fought all his mandatries and hes beat them also or most of them hes lost to only top quality opposition you cant be serious bringing up lineal title its imaginary belt
"so you dont think chris eubank was a world champion" Of course he wasn't. "jonny nelson" 12 loss WBO Nelson was insecure about Marko Huck potentially surpassing him in title defences, which says it all about the man's ability. "its about fighting best and beating them" Correct: champ Wlad, Wilder (and soon Usyk) were all ranked as the best in the division aside from Fury when he beat them. "joshuas fought all his mandatries" Which mandatories? He didn't fight WBA mandatory Ortiz, who was better than any of his mandatories. "lost to only top quality opposition" Ruiz is not top quality opposition lol. We'll have to see how Usyk gets on with Fury. "lineal title its imaginary belt" Lennox Lewis didn't think so. Fury's had all of the belts and never lost them in the ring, everyone knows he's the man to beat.
hard to believe you actually believe hat your writing mate honestly is to mschwartz a world title challenger in your eyes sefer seferi pianeta go through them and tell me if there world title challengers
Pianeta was a Wlad world title challenger before he fought Fury for the lineal. "Bums" do challenge for world titles sometimes. Look up Vitali's 10 WBC defences and you'll see guys like Williams, Charr, Kevin, Arreola, Briggs, Solis and Sosnowski, with a fresh Chisora arguably the best. Fury has Wilder x3, Wallin and Whyte among his 9 lineal defences, it's night and day despite Fury also fighting some puddings.
all of these fellas were ranked by wbc where was pianeta ranked in 2018 vladimir boxed him years earlier so thats a stupid argument mate your struggling here with that where was pianeta schwartz wallin ranked tell me that
You don't know what you're taking about Jim. Schwarz was ranked No.2 by the WBO and No.9 with the IBF, Wallin was ranked No.4 by the WBA and No.11 with the IBF. Schwarz being No.2 or even No.9 illustrates the corruption of these sanctioning bodies. Wilder's contenders were all ranked by the WBC too, it doesn't mean that the likes of Molina and Stiverne 2 (a rare "mandatory" lol) were quality operators or notable scalps, any more than the line of chumps that Vitali defended against were.
