    Randall Tex Cobb vs Buddy Baer, both prime. Cobb went 15 rounds with then WBC Heavyweight Champion Larry Holmes on Nov 26 1982. Baer fought World Heavyweight Champion Joe Louis twice. Baer was DQ'd on May 23 1941 in round 7. Baer was kayoed by Louis in round 1 on Jan 9 1942. Baer like Cobb appeared on the Silver Screen. Who wins and why?

    I think the fans would like this fight. Neither of these guys were terribly skilled or fast. But Buddy Baer was a huge specimen of a man with lots of power. Tex Cobb was extremely durable with a good punch and tons of attitude. These two men would slug it out with all they’ve got until one of them dropped. I myself am not committed to a winner but if I had to choose I might bet a beer on Cobb
