Defo, mate. He's probably got no real desire to go through the long hard haul of normal pro boxing anyway, just as long as Tommy keeps getting paid what he does for these YouTube fights he'll happily keep taking the cash.

The negative is, will many other future boxers just look for this route to fame and 'easier' huge cash?

It could be all more based on their 'personalities' and just 'some' boxing skills rather than being a great fighter...

I thought judges had it spot on and all these hype men saying Ksi looked good in the fight and that he was robbed are a disgrace.

 

That's what I mean - punch stats, plus the "harder", more accurate shots were from KSI - Tommy gets a point deducted. Even Tyson Fury was looking like it was going to be a loss. John Fury ran to the changing rooms. Total joke of a fight.

I know Wilders can be telegraphed at times, but KFC's were second class royal mail speeds!

 

KSI game plan was simply to bounce back and forth out of range then jump in with a big daft telegraphed right hand then tie Fury up. Apart from the KSI right hand missing 99% of the time why did Fury not time KSI as he came in with the big daft right ? Fury could and should have done a lot better but he still won the fight.Being on his own promotion KSI no doubt thought that if it went to the score cards he would get the nod but somebody forgot to tell the judges .

Fully agree mate, we are in a social media era where a few people can blow up with little effort.
The likes of the Youtube guys would get wrecked in the pro game, that's just reality, these guys are rich before they start, it's all ego they simply lack the talent or game to fight actual boxers. It's about fighting a name regardless of actual credentials.

 

R1 and R2 were clear KSI but the other 4 were close and both fighters landed little but I had KSI winning surely he wins a round 3-6

 

All KSI did was jump in with a flick jab and swinging right. All night. And that was enough to completely flummux Fury. Two influencers, neither of them boxers. Could have gone either way. Doesn't matter.

 

KSIs corner done him no favours saying he won the first 3 before the 4th, he relaxed.

 

The whole evening was a farce, from the commentary to the pathetically staged security invasion (sop many of them just happened to be ringside - sure). If the BBBoC had any backbone they'd tell everyone involved that if they take part in any more of this nonsense they'll lose their licence and they won't sanction anymore promotions shown on DAZN.
