Some on here had Tim down 4 rounds before the fight even started

 

You'd have to give Mendoza like 5 of the first 6 rounds and there was really only one clear cut Mendoza round in the first 6 rounds IMO. I think you were a wee bit generous to Mendoza.

If it was like a 118-110 decision, that would be bad. But I thought 116-111 or 116-112 were pretty accurate scorecards. Mendoza took half of the first 6 rounds and the 12th round. I don't see the issue.

Yeah, that's what happened basically. I didn't think Tim landed enough good shots to offset Mendoza outworking him in the early rounds. Gave most of them to him. I could see a wider scorecard for Tim more than for Mendoza, so I'm totally fine with Tim winning this.

 

First time I've watched Tim. Bits of Mike tyson, golovkin and chavez in there. I like him.

Bit more head movement and a good left hook to the body and I'd think he'd be very dangerous.

 

He always scores that way against Tim Tszyu. Got a grudge somewhere.

 

How would Tszyu vs Fundora have played out ?
