Not sure how Azeez can get injured on fight week? Maybe he suffered the back injury at the end of camp and just realised he couldn't take the fight.

Will there be a replacement opponent for Buatsi? I guess they will just headline with Lawal vs Chamberlain.

I remember him in an IFL interview saying this a few weeks ago. Apparently they are still deciding whether to go through with the show or completely cancel it. Hopefully people can get refunds even if the show remains on.

It did average numbers, about 5000 which is probably what they expected. Catterall vs Linares sold more at 7000. If you see the press release Boxxer lied about the numbers - they said 10,000 were expected when the lower tier of the O2 can't hold 10,000.

Hearn did say that Buatsi vs Azeez was OFF a few weeks ago. It seems weird though because Sky and Boxxer were heavily promoting this fight last week before fight-week doing extra face-offs. Boxxer haven't really been putting on many shows at all so this is a huge blow for them.

"The lower tier doesn't even hold 10,000" - pretty obvious you've never been to a boxing event. Let me explain - at boxing, you have these things called 'floor seats', thousands of them, believe it not,these things are sold and count towards ticket sales - amazing isn't it!

.......probably time to cut the rubbish, you dont know any numbers, you dont have contacts in the sport - what you are talking about is as believable as your 'sources' we all know don't exist
