    Looks like boxing is off the table for the 2028 Olympics. No surprise, just another death knell for the most corrupt sport on Earth.

    Sounds like a good time for longtime amateurs to turn pro.

    Maybe we'll get a wave of new talent now that people aren't spending a decade or more in the amateur ranks.

    Olympic boxing is one tournament every four years with highly political qualification process.

    I think the "sport" will be just fine.

    They did this to wrestling but wrestling is fine. The politicization of the amateurs needs to be addressed and this isn't nothing, but I would hardly call it a death nail.
