Yeah I have been going alright lately on the punt so the fights where I have a gut feeling I am just going for it a bit more. The other week I knew Wallin would beat Gassiev but only bet $100 I was kicking myself even though it was a decent win I should’ve bet more. I had a good win on Wood knocking out Warrington. Also I was gonna back Tim by decision last week it was $3.75 but I changed my mind at the last minute I should’ve just gone with my gut LOL.

market isn't up yet for our sites but I reckon Nikita will open at $1.45. $1.50 is solid but they won't give you that. He'll shorten too at least he should. People will get on Biggs for the hype but he won't beat Tszyu. Sparring is sparring. That was 2 years ago in any case.

I love Nikita, the guy is a jungle savage but he needs to stop getting hit.

He’ll win again but he needs to tighten up that defence. He’s a potential world champion but has some work to do.

 

He's great to watch, certainly needs to improve his defence but I just do not see a potential world champion in him. Hope he proves me wrong on that but I will be very surprised.

 

Agree with this. I think that he will be a good entertaining domestic fighter but I can't see him progressing much further.

 

My next tip for my forum pals is I have put $150 on Amanda Serrano to win her upcoming fight by stoppage it is paying $2.30. I don't really follow women's boxing but I have seen most of Serrano's recent fights and she is a level above most women. I read that this fight will be contested over 12x3min rounds the first time ever in women's boxing. I don't think this other lady Ramos will have the stamina to last that distance with Serrano.

I agree with you but am basing my thoughts on Tim not being super impressive in a few of his early fights.

Little brother needs to fix his defence and quick smart.

 

Tim's improvement has been nothing short of phenomenal. From fight to fight it was hard to believe it was the same guy.

Tim is a thinking fighter of the highest order. Nikita strikes me more as just a bash and crash merchant who will find his ceiling fairly quickly.
