Great to see promoters ignoring these youtube clowns with a blatant agenda and bias and instead only going to credible journalists. Hopefully others follow suit and we might get some actual factual journalism rather than 'I love your new t-shirt Eduardihno'

At what point was he ever announced for the Wolverhampton show? It might exist, but I certainly havnt seen an fight night advert for that show listing Whittaker as on that card

 

I have tickets for the wolves show as it’s a couple of miles away. Tickets aren’t selling well and I expect it be canned. I was told by a Whittaker relative back in May that there would be a Wolves card in November and it was for him. They need Eggington to save it imo.

 

So, never confirmed for the show then, kind of making the tweet of 'will no longer be on the card' completely pointless as he was never listed on the card - more embarrassing 'journalism', just making things up to suit an agenda.

From what I have been told it is nowhere near sold out. The official boxxer ticket link shows that there is not many tickets left, however fighters have there own links. For example, you can check Azims link out on his twitter bio.

I don’t understand what boxxer are doing. There next show is in less than 4 weeks. A card with only 2 fights announced. The reason they went to that town was for Whittaker who doesn’t look like will be featuring. They’re like an amateur outfit but on the biggest platform. Where is Adam smith?

Yeah Boxxer have really messed it up on Sky. Seemed like a gamble when they signed and it hasn't paid off

 

They pretty much are an Amateur outfit. Do they have any experienced boxing people on the team or advising?

 

I keep hearing they should get Hennessy, Saurland or a few other promoters at Sky, they are much better etc, But all that will happen then is the same few people that praise them now will immediately turn on them should they get the sky gig.

See the issue with these people (and it's just a few,including 1 absolute sad act who spends his life on here pretending he has sources in the industry) isn't Shalom,its the fact it isn't Matchroom and they strangely have an allegiance to a promoter rather than a sport so therefore they hate by default.

For what it's worth I don't think Boxxer have done particularly well, a few good shows but some bad decisions - but should they (or any one else with Sky gig for that matter) get it right and put on a string of good shows which were great for the sport these people wouldn't enjoy it like the rest of us,they would just be seething and bitter it wasn't matchroom. Sky could put Fury vs Usyk & Crawford vs Spence 2 on the same night for free and these people would still moan as it wasn't Matchroom FC innit promoting it.
