Tyson knocked out Lewis in sparring

One of the urban legends.

 

This is in line with what Lewis said about it himself. He hinted at having a tough first day, but getting a handle on things after that.

 

I remember hearing Lewis say in an interview (paraphrasing ofcourse) that the first time sparring Tyson was like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde.

Outside of the ring Tyson was soft spoken, friendly and respectful.
Then at the sound of the first bell that Tyson tried to kill him literally.

Lewis said he couldent believe how quick and sudden Tyson can change.

Lewis also said in the same interview that Cus would yell at him infront of everyone to stop being friendly to him becauae they would meet in the ring someday.
Cus was right about that.

Anyway iv never heard of the claim of anyone being knocked out or even knocked down inbetween the 2 of em in sparring. I call B.S.

Funny, I’ve never heard/read the main player, Mike Tyson, ever claim that he KO’d Lennox.

Surely if it happened, Mike would be more than happy to tell us he sent Lewis to Bolivia.

 

He said it was secret. That’s why they only printed one copy, and it’s kept in the same vault as the ESPN film collection.

 

Ah, I see, I thought only the sparring sessions were originally kept secret - but the book is a secret also.

So that’s many secrets contained within a secret - that’s Inception Deception.

I read a book once called The Secret that wasn’t a secret in itself but it contained secrets re The Laws of Attraction.

The books core message was: Ask the Universe for anything you want and you will receive it.

I’ve just asked for the secret sparring book. The Universe promised free delivery within 5 days.

Let’s see if this mumbo jumbo works.
