    You got it, crossover terms yeah. But they need to have some importance in boxing history that is why I won't put Floyd vs McGregor..

    Yeah, I get it.

    Hagler v Hearns I think fits. Holmes vs Ali is absolutely historically significant too.

    Hagler vs. Hearns is the most unpredictable fight between greats. They both fought recklessly and wild which gave us the greatest first round ever. Thank god they gave us that, but in reality both guys flipped a coin in that fight. Anything could happen fighting like that. The cut and all that proved it. Marvin's chin was the equalizer and his weight advantage helped no matter what anyone says. I wonder how a Hagler at welterweight would do against Hearns at welterweight or 154, which you could think 6 pounds means nothing but to me it did.

    Tyson vs Holyfield I was no way as big as being made out here. Despite people still looking forward to it, The Deal was too much of an underdog by that time. The Tyson-Spinks fight, for example, was far more anticipated and had a much bigger build up. The Holy rematch was far bigger, really.
