The reason why Eubank Jr vs Benn hasn’t been announced is because they are waiting to see what happens with Fury vs Usyk. Hearn definitely won’t clash he is just playing games so people talk about Eubank Jr vs Benn. Nothing to do with that. Joshua wants to get out another time before the end of the year to make it 3 fights in 2023 and the only available date is December 23. The first fight sold out the O2 in a couple of hours at expensive ticket prices. People on here don’t realise how huge the fight is.
Eubank Jnr v Benn will be billed as Battle of the Charlatans but cannot see this happening this year.

In reality - what is Eddie Hearn's reputation? For being a fast-talking Essex wide boy who sometimes puts on boxing but mostly has a media personality. Few people in the mainstream give two hoots about his handling of Benn, most won't even know who Benn is. Hearn's reputation will be fine, not that he'll care a jot as he tries to expand Matchroom away from the UK.
No chance whatsoever. Hopefully it will cause the delay of Eubank-Benn long enough that the appeal against Benn will get heard before they jump the gun with the fight.
