Hearn got to push for a AJ vs Ngannou fight. If AJ wins that fight it puts him ahead of Fury in the public eye. Then Fury vs AJ becomes very relevant again.

Ngannou vs Wilder would be for the title of hardest puncher alive.

    Either fight would be great.

Can Francis handle a Wilder straight right?

He's got a big head and neck.

Wilder would break his hand off it 100%

Better fight than AJ Wilder, we know Wilder chins AJ but Francis seems to be cut from the African diamond.

The entire event was a clown show. From the RAP concert to Fury coming out on a throne.
3 national anthems. Delaying the fight for two hours. COMPLETE CLOWN SHOW. The only bright spot was Ngannou's attitude and sportsmanship.

Well yeah, Wilder punches insane hard but he has also been stopped twice.

Ngannou punches also insane hard. But he is stronger then Wilder and I think he can take a better punch.

    I think Wilder is faster.

    Nope, not for me
Even a single punch ko will never erase last night

An mma guy defeated a world lineal champion in his pro debut. It's humiliating at his highest

In that Fury is vastly overrated. I used to think maybe he had the most potential of any HW because of his size/Dr Eggman-like body, but I'm starting to think I was wrong. The dude was almost beat by Ngannou in what could be considered a pro-debut into the sport. Now don't get me wrong, Ngannou was damn impressive and he did all of that by boxing conventionally without even having speed, but....he's still very highly inexperienced to have done what he did against the supposed king of the HW division. I mean, his best wins are against Wilder, a known can crusher who can't box his way out of a wet paper bag and an old Wladimir who simply was long past it.

What options is there for Fury to prove his 'greatness'? No one wants to see him outbox a guy who can't box for the 4th time. Ruiz hasn't been active and did rather poorly against guys like a shot Arreola and ancient Ortiz. Joshua is mentally shot so who knows if he can even get his confidence back. As for Usyk, Fury has no hope of ever outboxing him. He'd have to win by smothering all that fat over Usyk although Usyk wouldn't fall for it.

And to think there are people out there who really believe Fury has the skills beat the likes of Ali lol. Dude couldn't even outbox Ngannou.

You're right. It's surreal to think a human and make a debut and be remotely competitive with the heavyweight champion. It just makes no sense, i don't care what the person's background. Experience has no value? It's just weird. Imagine a dude who just messed around in the gym and trained for 6 months being competitive with Jon Jones. Just weird.

I had it 5-5 with NGannou getting a 10-8 round so a 1 point win.

I never foresaw such a close fight occuring between the HW champ and a debutant.

Fury was gassed because he wasn’t able to put his big gut on Francis and FN was making Fury back up and fight desperately.

Ngannous wide guard basically nullified Furys sloppy hook, pull the guard down for a right straight or a hook combo, he was able to counter it with his own punch. That also made Fury to overextend his hooks to get past the guard. Fury also realized that Ngannou has an iron chin and crazy power which made him tentative and not able to fully commit.

He was also able to outmuscle Fury in the clinch, he pushed 280 pound man away with basically one arm, Francis is freaking crazy strong. Fury was not able to tire him out by leaning on him, he just got pushed away.

What the hell has happened to Furys footwork btw? That was awful to see.

Funny , if Fury retired after Wilder 2 or even Whyte, people would have him in ATG heavyweight discussion.

I have the feeling he's about the go the way of Roy Jones Jr and ruin his legacy by showing a lot of vulnerability soon.

Never been the biggest believer in this Kronk style nonsense. Worked great in the 2nd Wilder fight but lots of straight lines. Predictable fients (Francis ignored almost all of Fury's fients). No jab at all is a death sentence no matter how you fight.

Especially when Fury has never been a puncher. He is an attrition fighter. Hard to be an attrition fighter when you're outmuscled, shot elbows and fighting on empty.

That's two fights now where Fury has failed to use his jab almost entirely. Chisora & Whyte plod right into Fury so they are almost non entities. Usyk isn;t going to plod into Fury.

Fury is going to overextend that arm trying to jab Usyk, hurt himself then just try to maul Usyk into submission. Guaranteed.
