I'd still expect most top 20 boxers to defeat Ngannu tbh.

Let's be real here, Fury last night would have beaten every other heavyweight boxer except for Usyk and Zhang last night, Ngannou is just that great and people are in denial.

No, Fury fought like crap. He knew it too

Everyone in the top 30 should be licking their lips at fighting Ngannou. Time will reveal how bad he actually is

Ngannou is in the top 10, like it or not. He has a controversial split decision with the lineal champ as his last fight, and his next fight will be vs. another huge name if he fights on in the sport. Jared Anderson doesn't make sense, I think Ngannou would be too physical for Anderson at this young stage and really magnify some of the stuff Charles Martin had me looking at anyway. For Francis, he may go 0-3 in boxing and retire, but I think it's going to be a crazy ride.

What top 10 is he in? Wallin wasn't put near the top 10 after his life and death Fury fight. Ngannou has no ranking anywhere.

Well the big fights will probably be there for him so maybe we will find out. I'm happy he gets to make some money and I'd probably tune in if he fought AJ or Wilder.

Wallin is good but Francis is a champion with a huge fanbase. I think it's pretty easy to see why Francis Ngannou's performance vs. Fury is more meaningful at the top in 2023 than Wallin's was in 2019 (Unfortunately it took Otto 4 years to get another serious fight). Wallin is still struggling to find his sea legs at the top level but I'm hopeful because he's skilled. Totally different.

Francis crossed over sports and fought the lineal champ in a huge fight where he arguably won. That makes a good storyline. It's better than Wallin's: an anonymous Swedish heavyweight opening a horrific cut in a tuneup that was not as easy as expected but accepted as a clear win for Fury. I don't recall even a fringe opinion that Wallin won, whereas about half the people or more seem to think Ngannou won.

Ngannou may not have a ranking but his last fight was against the #1 guy and his next will be Fury again, AJ, or Wilder (or at worst Whyte) otherwise he goes back to MMA. If that's not top 10, then I'm not sure what is.

I’d actually like this fight and voted Big Baby. Ngannou will have his hands full because he’s not really a boxer but I’d be rooting for him. Hope he gets another boxing payday. Win or lose, you know he will give it all he’s got.

Ngannou has a decent fan base but it's not huge. Not sure where you get the huge from. He's not Conor McGregor or anywhere near it. Maybe Fury has gifted him some extra fans but he's never going to be a big draw. Fury thought he could get an easy payday out of him and stepped on a rake. That's the bottom line.

Can't wait for Usyk to bash Fury with power shots repeatedly and badly hurt Fury. Will likely be the final straw that pushes Fury over into absolute clinical insanity. He's already a MH nightmare that would require an Army of expert psychiatrists to fix.

Id like to see Ngannou box a decent contender to properly judge how good he is.
