Let's be honest here, Dubois wouldn't last 6 rounds with even an untrained Tyson Fury. Regardless, Ngannou isn't going to fight the poor man's AJ, when he could fight the real one for 10x the purse.

Ali and Holmes were very tall and long for their eras, they could hit you with a jab at a range where you couldn't hit them. Mayweather had a very long reach, give him Pacquiao arms and suddenly his jab would be ineffective. Lewis and Wlad dominated from range with a height and reach advantage, so on and so forth. Wlad admitted that he struggled badly with Fury's range advantage. The rangy Tony Thompson arguably gave Wlad his most competitive fight between Peter 1 (imo a worse version of Ngannou) and Fury. Whereas the likes of Chambers and Chagaev (sub-6' in reality, blown up cruisers too) couldn't do anything.
Ngannou may struggle with winning rounds but eventually he lands the big punch and **** Dubois up since Dubois is really a bad fighter.

Valuev's size, strength and durability made him competitive with the 3rd most successful cruiser-heavy of all time and Valuev was a lot slower and less powerful than Ngannou.
Its even very easy to see Francis head is shaped like a block and has a thick skull. Polynesians like Tua and Hunt have big heads . good chins are genetic , you have a few civilians out there who could eat a baseball bat to the head and not be bothered. I don’t think most really even know what they are saying half the time. they just repeat phrases and biases without actually verifying if it’s true. Fury has always looked fat in last couple of fights, rematch also assumes Francis won’t be much better. He’s going to fix his holes and he’s got more money behind him with better class of training partners to mimic Fury.
