Ali had to jab and move and run from Leon Spinks in that second fight. A pretty sad spectacle even though he got the decision. The man had nothing left but memories.Holmes would have annihilated him starting in 1977 or earlier.

Two time world champion and an ATG in his own house…the incredible, the gigantic, the slick…
    Nikolai Valuev!

My work here is done. Leaves the room quickly and stealthily. Like Valuev’s boxing style….!

Yet Ali was mentioned in just the 2nd reply, in a thread he clearly doesn't belong in.

    Good thread.
Thoughts on Oliver McCall’s loss to Lewis? On his record as a TKO but probably should have been a DQ.

I think this is the first time in years that I've read somebody's list after the top 10. I'm seldom, if ever, interested in anyone's 17th favourite of 'anything' (whether it's fighters, footballers, films, albums, cities, wanks, whatever). The key were the bits in bold, so it piqued my interest to look further. I'm glad I did now, as it's a solid list and, from reading your posts, I know how much depth/research you put into these things. Good work Greg.

    Cheers MDWC, I'm flattered.

For whatever it's worth, Lesbian Spank Inferno 8, is my 17th favourite film of all time.

I think you’re underrating it Greg, although I think that the first seven movies were slightly better.
