There is no way to ever truly know unless you take the same athletes and have them punch the same machine on the same day in their prime. For wlad his power has probably gone down since he retired.

One thing we do know is Francis has good power. He didn't need to rotate his hips to drop Fury , his check hook looked like he got off a little shoulder and mostly arm. That is good power 9.5/10 or 10/10

He doesn't have the best hand speed, it's very Foreman-esq

But he has enough power to be relevant in any fight he's in. I think it's him and Wilder and then everyone else.

    I like these games with a 0 to 10 or 0 to 100 scales.

But i would say in boxing history, only Shavers and Wilder deserve a 10. Most probably they were the two hardest single puncher s ever. Foreman, Wlad and a couple others are 9.5 or so.

Others like Tua, Tyson, Lewis etc. 9,
Vitali and Bowe like 8.5 or 8, etc..

Ngannou is difficult to rank. You must also see punching power and KO power isnt the same. I think if a guy like Nikolai Valuev punches with full power, his rough power would be very good, but his punches are too slow and the head snap isnt so much. His punches "move" people yes, but they dont KO them.

And in footwork, only Ali would reach a 10 among the heavyweights. Like only Chuvalo and McCall would reach a 10 in chin.

Next time John Fury drags a huge knife across his bare chest and belts out a battle scream drawing the attention of the predator. This opens up opportunities for Fury.

Just saw a brand new YouTube video. Someone claims Fury has just said he wants to rematch next instead of Usyk,

I thought the Usyk fight was already signed and done, and is legally binding.

Fury will no way fight Usyk. He doesn't want to lose his precious WBC belt. He wants to fight Ngannou in a non-title match again, there's no risk and lots of money in it.

Ngannou has a lot of weight to his punches, solid technique now, not the best or good but solid form. He has a highlight reel of putting guys lights out cold, not tko but out into the shadow realm. That should supersede an 8 score. An 8 score is like joe frazier were he breaks you down and then stops you, or like Tyson Fury.

9 is ko artist level, and Francis is a ko artist. If he started boxing from the bottom, can stacking his record and fighting average fighters. He would have a similar record like Wilder with similar ko ratio over 90%

in mma he only has 1 dec win , the rest are ko/sub. Francis is a high rate finisher period.

boxing/kick boxing/mma no matter what sport he's in , he would have a high finish rate. I think 9.5 is accurate or near max 10. But he has some very average attributes like hand speed is his worst. Stamina is average. Low on aggressiveness.

I agree . In any case both have the potential to knock down an opponent with a single punch .

Ngannou has for sure more power in his entire body ( legs , back , neck )

    Mike did a tremendous job:

If he had been training Ngannou like this for years it would be scary. When he's punching the bag and he's too stationary and Mike pushes him to move you can see the lack of coordination. He's not able to do it properly. That kind of training is key.

Dewey Cooper probably did far more work with him than Mike.

I agree. But I mean if he actually did do the things Mike is saying in this video consistently he would improve greatly. Mike probably just did like a session or two.

Isn't this all just for publicity ? Heard Mike only showed up for camera days.

If that's true then I feel like Ngannou's actual team and coach are being robbed of the real credit they deserve.

That hook that knocked down Fury wasn't a Tyson type hook. That's something Francis defo worked on without Mike.
