Beat me to it. I kind of see this as a win-win. If Chisora wins, it rights things with the boxing haters and proves Fury is just lazy and shot. IF Ngannou wins, it builds him as a potential contender, and let's be honest, boxing could use it.
Seems like a fair fight to see where Ngannou actually is. Would answer some preliminary questions at least.
Chisora is shot Granted it would only be Ngannou's second fight under boxing rules, and it will be a very quick turnaround for him too, so you can't hate on it, but Big Bang Zhang would be a much more intriguing opponent. But if I was one of Ngannou's handlers I would strongly advise him against facing Big Bang and steer him in the direction of a Chisora level opponent instead.
Chisora is still dangerous and is capable of outworking Ngannou to a decision. Interesting fight though
I'm giving Chisora a chance because he's a complete boxer with incredible experience, he's fought literally everyone, but at the same time I feel sorry for him because he's going to take extra damage because of his bravery...
