Please. Haney is stepping up in weight class to try and become a multi weight world champion. He owes Loma no rematch.

Not forgetting Haney was mandatory to Loma years ago and Loma decided to vacate to fight Lopez instead. I didn't hear yall claiming Loma needs to fight Haney instead.

Don't get me wrong, I rewatched it today and scored it for Loma.

But you said anyone scoring the 8th for Haney is doing so out of pure bias. I think it's also a close round tbh mate.

I'm only 100% convicted of my scoring of 11 and 12 tbh.

Watching it again today though, Loma was a lot better than I remembered at the time. Not as in scoring, as in he doesn't look old and finished.

I reckon if he fought Davis next he still has enough to school him.

Haney was a nobody back then of course he fought Lopez instead .Haney is stepping up because he knows in his heart he really didn't win that fight at all & he doesn't think he will get the decision if he did. He real;ly does owe him a rematch if only to prove to the majority who thought Loma really beat him & prove he's a real champion

Yeah Haney would love that if Loma did fight Tank & beat him too Haney doesn't relish Tank either

    yep, robbed.

Is it true that Haney lost to a Mexican early in his career and the Haney camp paid him off to erase the W?

In any case, Loma won for sure.

I can't stand the way Tank thinks he's the a side against opposition with far superior resumes than his own.

The irony of you saying someone else is crying lol. This thread is about Loma Haney fight. Got nothing to do with Fury Ngannou. BTW way I agree that Fury Ngannou was an embarrassment but there is already enough talk and threads about it shorty.

Yeah agree with this especially the part about close but clear. I had Floyd beating Maidana 7-5 in the first fight but if Maidana got the decision I wonder if Mayweather’s fan base would say “oh well it was close not a robbery”

Quite frankly, I hesitated in giving it to Haney the first time. I kind of gifted it to him, as a mercy round, to keep the Haney fanatics off my ass on the RBR.:sisi1

Nope. His stepping up as his already beat Loma and a rematch does nothing for him.

The boxing world isn't asking for Haney v Loma 2. The only people calling for it are Loma fans who get far too emotional over a close fight not going Loma's way.

Some robberies stick with you .... The Golovkin and canelo fights bug me ...but still years later Pacquiao vs Marquez 3 boils my ****..I didn't watch boxing for months after that ...luckily Marquez knocked his arse out in the 4th fight to soften the blow.

I'm sure there's worse robberies in boxing history..what was name of that poor **** who put a clinic on Brandon Rios and lost?

Edit - Richard Abril? That kinda rings a bell

Holyfield vs Lewis 1. Draw? Nah. In truth I'd have to watch it again. Quite a few agree tho that LL was robbed.

The robbery of GGG vs Canelo broke GGGs heart and love for boxing. Also Ward vs Kovalev was mad.
