Ray Mercer won Gold, he can box a little and on his best day he would beat those two you men tioned wiothout much fuss.

Best vs Best Mercer stops Moore dead........Moore was never a legit Heavy and was stopped by absolute nobodies even in his prime.

Archie Moore is no aging Holmes and old Holmnes would beat Moore.

I am convinced Mercer would stop crude Marciano.

Mercer aint no ATG but he will flatten light heavies/cruiser Moore , Charles and Marciano.

Common man. Mercer was a 26 year old Sargent in the U.S. Army beating guys who were 17-21 years old when he won that Gold. That’s not to say he didn’t deserve credit for it, but it’s hardly a reason to favor him over proven professionals and ATG’s. I can see how Mercer’s chin and power would make him a formidable foe for Marciano but Moore and Charles would make him look silly with their skills
