I still can't get over the Loma Haney robbery and I never will

Surely you jest if you don't believe tribalism (race, ethnicity, etc) is and always has been an ugly if nevertheless noteworthy undercurrent in boxing.

That was the biggest load of BS ever. When Marg's hands were wrapped the CSAC Insp was right there he watched all that supposed glove loading, Passed the wrap as GOOD!!! & signed off on it. Why didn't he see all this ?? Why wasn't he investigated??. Youre just a troll Bruno I doubt you've ever see a fighters hand wrapped or you'd know how fake that lot is.
Richardsons forte was complaining about the opponents wraps & raise objections anything to get into a fighters head. Everyone in boxing knows this for a fact. Idont know who that person was narrating that garbage but he was insinuating that was Cotto's blood on that pad ROFL !! How was that supposed to have got inside the glove through the wrap & onto the pad ?? Its laughable from start to finish. The CSAC goofed in acting on the words of Richardson & suspending Margarito boxing license & basically destroying his career. The worst part is they know they goofed but were not man enough to admit it just let it ruin an innocent mans career & good name
NOW to be fair you need to go to the independent lab that tested that pad & wraps & found them to be perfectly HARMLESS . dissect it the same way as they have ,The pad was not hard weeks after the fight plus NO plaster was discovered, even after microscopic analysis yet another discrepancy..
But the real part that brought the CSAC's accusations down in flames was when Margaritos rep asked if they could examine the pad & wraps as they'd never been out of the CSAC & the independant labs hands/ !!!!!!!! PANIC!!!!
After lots of Errr Errr the reply was " Im sorry we do not seem to have them any more the appear to have been mislaid we cannot find them " ROFL" How Convenient Huh???
Now maybe you can see why the CSAC were unable to procede with an indictment I'm sure. THey had no evidence to indict anyone on

How Haney got the decision is beyond me. Denied a guy legendary status. IMO though, he is a legend and we all know he won that fight. Credit to him at his age and after enduring 2 set backs in his career. 3 now.

 

Yes & it was Bull feces there was not a single iota of proof of wrongdoing Just baseless Accusations!!
Now go Google the independent lab reports, not the CSAC version, the unedited one. They determined the pads were HARMLESS & that no plaster was ever found. If you do this your only course of action is to apologize for insulting an innocent man, something the CSAC were not man enough to do.
Now let it rest there is nothing can be done now, an innocent man career & good name were unjustly destroyed. All Margarito ever did wrong was make Quitto quit & scare Mayweather

Haney acted like he was Mayweather just run, hold when cornered , Bayless ignored several low blows from Haney too. The only action he took when the opponent claimed low was a ""Uh Uh Keep em up Devon" a very half hearted one.His opponent kept trying to make a fight of it but Haney wasn't having it. It was Mayweather 2 In my opinion Haney lost that fight too

 

No a draw wouldn't of been a "fair result".

Lomachenko averaged 13 punches thrown per round for half the fight, no fighter in history has a won a decision in a championship fight with that output.

Lomachenko clearly lost and deserved to lose aswell with his non effort in the first 6 rounds, and when the fight became closer Lopez showed more grit than Lomachenko pulling out a great 12th round to seal the deal.

Lopez deserved his win and the decision was totally fair no way Lomachenko deserved a gift draw in that fight.

 

Actually fights are scored on aggression aswell as punches landed.

The only fighter doing the fighting was Lopez for half the fight.

Lopez outlanded Lomachenko in 8 out of the 12 rounds.

If Lomachenko would've got the decision vs Lopez it would've been just as controversial as the Haney fight.

I'm tired of people making excuses for Lomachenko or trying find ways for him to win fights, he lost legitimately to Lopez end of.

 

Made him miss but wasn't doing any fighting himself.

That makes Mayweather's output look like Aaron Pryor.

 

I don't watch alot of modern boxing unless it's a fighter I like. And Stevenson is certainly not a fighter I like.

As for Bradley I hate him because he beat one of my favourite fighters JMM, and also got an undeserved win vs Pacquiao. I'm pretty sure he was on PEDs as the size of that mans head ? With his body builder like physique ?
