    A couple of reasons

    Hearn has spent a truckload on benn and wants to recoup
    Someone else would take Benn on after a ban
    Tony Sims believes Benn and is friends with Nigel. Hearn wouldnt go up against them two

    I suspect if this Eubank fight falls over Benn will bob up on some junk TV reality show that provides him a platform to whinge and moan about how hard done by he is.

    I'm really surprised this fight isn't done yet. If it doesn't get done this week I think itnwont get done at all.

    The great thing here is Frank is the one putting the fights together and he doesn't need Benn

    Also given all the cards are are public image based. I can't see the Saudi's being in a rush to have him on one.

    I know they have Big Baby, but he is a bit part and that's largely ignored now because he served his time.

    Where as the whole thing if they made Benn vs Eubank would be about Conor being a drugs cheat.

    As you say they have Big Baby on their card so why not CB, even as a bit part on one of these cards CB would walk off with 7 figures.
