to run and steal a points victory against a morbidly obese fighter who could barely move doesn’t avenge a stoppage defeat. If he blasted him away convincingly then yes but he never you could see the fear luckily his opponent was too fat to get him. It’s 1-1 with ruiz getting the better of the 2 fights overall

Exactly. AJ was simply and often comprehensively outworked in most of the rounds in both fights. The only difference between the two was that Usyk actually came quite close to stopping AJ in the final round of the first.

A boxer becoming psychologically "Broken" is often a side-effect of acute disappointment.

This can result from something so simple as learning you are not quite as good as you were told. By yourself and others.

Adrien Broner is a textbook case of that.

As a side-note - is it really so shocking that men who are paid to hit and be hit are susceptible to developing psychological problems? It isn't even rare that these problems pre-date their adoption of the sport.

Joshua won his last fight by knockout.

Fury lost his last fight by getting knocked down and running away.

There's only one broken man there.

By running a ****ing marathon to stay away from the fat man, fighting in a way he thinks is cowardly.

Hardly stealing. He won the fight fair and square and outlanded Ruiz.

Outlanding the guy waddling? I was waiting for the row of baby ducks to start following him round the ring. The official score is 1-1 but one of those victories is an embarrassing stoppage and the other is a scared marathon trying to just steal a points victory. Credit where credit due he got the win but he was still terrified and it’s hardly avenging the stoppage defeat

Joshua won by stoppage and did it with relative ease, he just didn’t show any urgency or will to put himself at risk.

Fury arguably lost to someone who hadn’t boxed professionally and got dropped twice in the process and then ran away from his own press conference out of embarrassment.

Saying Joshua looked worse is horrifically biased to say the least.

Funny Your use of Johnny Nelson as a reference keeps you in the minus.

Yeah that below the belt line shot definitely brought Fury back to the table or else.

They love to reference the corrupt judges & over hyped up commentators for their so called close 7-5 fight but then downplay those same factors when one of their favorites end up losing or robbing another fighter & now all of a sudden even their beloved Tapped out CompuBox Numbers have no merit on the fight.
