Kevin Lerena vs. Senad Gashi & Shervantaigh Koopman vs. Cristiano Ndombassy RBR.

Senad ‘Gachine Gun’ Gashi runs all night.

 

First round to Lerena for the cleaner work. Gashi throwing combinations that mostly land on the gloves, follows it with a clinch.

 

Second round better for Gashi, more of his stuff broke through Lerena's defense but not by a lot. Lerena still landing the bigger, cleaner work and more accurate, so another to him for me.

 

How did the Coopman fight finish?

 

UD for Koopman. Pretty one sided fight, though Ndombussy kept him busy the whole time.

 

Round 3 was the same as 2, although I felt Gashi did enough to just barely edge it.

Round 4 is all Lerena. He landed the bigger punches and had Gash badly buzzed near the end. Think Gashi may be tiring.

 

These two may not be the most skilled. But this fight is great to watch

 

Round 5, Gashi's combinations very lazy and no longer breaking through. He gets hurt in the last minute, then lands a big low blow. As the ref pulls them apart, Lerena lands a big right that buzzes him, and after warning him for the lowblow the ref tells him if he can't get ready to fight he'll get a count. Prolly just barely saved himself from a 10-8 round there.

 

Gashi running on fumes, barely landing anything, let alone of significance. Keeps complaining to the ref about low blows and rabbit punches, personally I'm not seeing it. Ref doesn't intervene, Lerena taking advantage of Gashi letting his guard down. Even outside of that he's doing the better work and landing big blows.

 

Round 7, another Lerena round. Ref gives a stern warning to Gashi about low blows. Gashi landing nothing of significance, Lerena seems to be hutting him with everything.

 

Had to take a call for round 8, seemed to be the same story though. Another Lerena round as far as I could tell.

 

Fight has open scoring, two have it 77-75 and 79-73 Lerena. Didn't hear the first card.

 

Lerena seems to have slowed a bit and Gashi seems to have found a second wind, though otherwise the story is the same. Lerena landing big, effective shots and absorbing most of Gashi's work on the gloves.
