Andrade still making excuse that Benavidez isn't better than him.

Haha. Not really. It showed how great a survivor Plant is more than anything. This fight was going the same way.

Benavidez is extremely malevolent in the ring, 26 years old, an absolute destroyer, undefeated, the future of the sport.

If you don't have power, Benavidez will walk you down. Canelo has pop...David won't just keep walking in.

Props to your avatar....Orton delivered a RKO from a fighter coming off the top rope tonight.

Yeah this fight makes me think Canelo beats him. Benavidez can get walked onto shots and turned easy.

Canelo has been on the decline. I don’t think he goes anywhere near David.

Canelo doesn’t move that way though. He’d be gassed out by round 3 instead of 9.

I think prime Canelo would have bruised up Benavidez around the eyes something fierce, but today's version ... I don't know. Would be a great fight, tho, and I hope it happens in 2024.

win or lose against Canelo , Benavidez has at least earned his title shot. What have other guys that have fought Canelo do to earn the title fight. Hell what did a 154 lb Charlo do.

Give the guy the fight. He has earned it.

Andrade sounding quite distressed. If BJS comes back and at 168 would still like to see him and Andrade fight.

Agreed. Look, I like David, but tonight did nothing to change my opinion about how a fight with Canelo goes. Canelo prolly KOs him in... I'm gonna say 8. Prolly from bodywork, which I noticed seemed to bother him even a little tonight. Morrell likely does the same.
