    For years I’ve heard arguments about these two, theirs resumes, a hypothetical fight between them, and their general prowess as fighters. But who has the better legacy based on their current achievements to date?

    Joshua, easily. Both share 2 common opponents in Helenius and Breazeale, but aside from them, Wilder only has Stiverne, Ortiz and Arreola. Joshua has Whyte, Parker, Povetkin, Ruiz and an old Klitschko. Not the greatest HW resume you'll ever see, but it's far better than anything Wilder has got.

    I've been one of the people who has been utterly uninterested in AJ since day one thanks to his manufactured image and persona. I also think that Wilder would ko him if they fought (after getting whooped on for a few rounds I think that right hand would wipe AJ out).

    However, in terms of where they stand legacy wise, this isn't even a discussion. It's AJ all day. I might not like the guy, but he held the division on his shoulders while Fury had a coke break and Wilder was knocking out people that had no hope against him.

    A highly controversial draw that pretty much no one believes Wilder deserved context is needed here.

    115-111 scorecard for Wilder was corruption at its finest.

    And Fury is not an "ATG" have a lie-down please.

    Duhaupas and Washington KO'd Helenius, yet you omit them while including similar level opponents on Joshua's listed record. And I don't know if Takam is much better than Scott: the both have the same win over Thompson, the same loss to Chisora, Takam ducked Ortiz while Scott fought entirely to survive against Ortiz and neither have KO'd anyone of any note.

    The context is given by the trilogy between Fury and Wilder which secured both's place in the history books.

    Who from this generation of Heavies is an ATG, if not Fury?

    He is arguably the H2H GOAT, a first ballot HOFer, undefeated, lineal, etc etc. Beat the MAN from the previous era and the other MAN from his own era. Historically speaking, that's ATG criteria.

    AJ easily

    Fought much better opposition amateur and pro despite having way less fights as a pro

    Beaten 5 world champions to The Dosser's 2, if you include Povetkin who would be the Dosser's best win

    And 1 of The Dosser's was shot to bits. None of AJ's were shot. Some old and past their prime sure but let's not forget The Dosser's best win Ortiz who is his only claim to legitimacy was 38 going into their first fight and the Wlad and Povetkin AJ fought are much more accomplished and decorated than Ortiz and would knock him out too

    Fought numerous fighters The Dosser ducked all of whom sans maybe Whyte would've KO'd The Dosser: Wlad, Povetkin and Whyte. I guess you could argue AJ ducked Belly but you can make a stronger argument that Belly ducked AJ

    Fought on the road and in his opponent's backyard one time a piece, in world title fights against prime top contenders or world champions

    Fought more punchers

    Has lost x 3 but the Dosser should have lost x 3 too

    Has only been stopped once to the Dosser's twice

    All this achieved despite having way less fights

    0-0-0 Ngannou Is better than The Dosser

    I'm sure there's more too

    Joshua and it’s not even close.

    Wilder has always been a protected fighter. The biggest name on his resume is an ancient Ortiz who in turn has nobody on his resume. Every time Wilder faced a top level guy (the trilogy against Fury) he lost each time with a draw gifted to him in the first fight. There’s a reason Fury targeted him instead of Joshua when he returned.

    That's not even close. Joshua beat almost all top 10 hw and Wilder got only 2 from best 10.

    Joshua take all fight and dont avoid anybody. Defend his titlles with all who was official pretendents. Wilder avoid 2 of Joshua top 10 wins for almost 5 years.

    If You really dont know who got better resume I just recommend You check with who Wilder plan to fight when Joshua announced his history fight with Dr. Steelhammer...

    *a little hint- that was boxer from Poland.
