I’m glad BBBofC have rejected the fight, it’s the right thing to do, Conor just needs to resolve his case first. Though it won’t stop the fight from happening, Eddie will just get it licensed from PBA who sanction all the YouTube boxing misfits fights and the fight will happen. Eddie is seeing the pound signs.
Hearn doesn't have a license with the PBA. Kalle Sauerland does though. To be honest at this point I'd rather just see the fight. Benn will definitely lose and he hasn't fought for ages (ignoring the 10-rounder against the Mexican). His time out of the ring is basically equivalent to an unofficial ban.
Don’t talk rubbish. He hasn’t served any time, it’s not an unofficial ban in the slightest. That’s a total get out.
I don't think he's done this before. Benne and Hearnz Jnr cocked up big time trying to go to war with the board in public for a drug test failure instead of taking it on the chin.
i think Benn would win the fight. Eubank looks drained at the weight and his punch resistance is not the same, plus they’ll most likely have stipulations on him draining him even more. Plus I don’t rate Eubank, think he’s overrated.
This content is protected Class from Kalle. It'll be at 160 with no rehydration clause I believe. Eubank Jr has more bargaining power after Benn's adverse findings.
I wish they would both **** off now with this fight, the minute Benn popped dirty all talks about this happening should have ended until fully resolved. Instead all we get is dirty lying underhanded BS, just to fleece the fans and line their own pockets, well no drug cheat should earn a penny ever again in the sport, shameless little shite he is, and CEJ should have just ****ed him off altogether instead of basically condoning it by wanting to pursue it, i would never pay to watch either of them again.
I'm not sure if I like how free Robert Smith is to talk about the case, but after the skullduggery the Benn mob tried with their proven innocent malarkey I get it. They won't want to lose the social media battle again. People saying 'its been 18 months' whilst not acknowledging which side is more to blame for that timespan is very grating
Bboc never lost the social media battle with hardcores or general sports fans. It's only a handful of incel types typically from lower socio-economic groups that are advocating drugs cheats. A sad, lonely minority - but I guess that's the target audience of some of these boxing youtube channels that are peddling the fight
Has he bolloxs. Clear as day he is trying to get off on a jurisdiction angle otherwise it would have been over a long time ago.
If Matchroom cannot arrange the fight in the U.K., will it be moved to Saudi ? Are they ready to pay for a fight that is organized outside the BBBoC and without their approval ?
If I was BBBofC I would refuse Benn a backdated ban on the grounds that he hasn't been licensed with them for the last year. How can Benn's team ask for a ban to be backdated over a period when he wasn't even licenced?
