It doesn't matter he called out pbf at 147 and got beat. People in here acting like pbf doesn't beat him at 140 either. The fact is pbf is just simply better period and beats any version of him.

Doesn't matter. Spence was the champion, the driving force in negotiations, unbeaten, and the odds of the fight were as close to even as possible. He counts as per your criteria.

I don't need to watch him Vs Collazo lol, I ate, slept and breathed Hatton mania. We all wanted that fight. He counts as per your criteria.

You don’t touch on 95% of the points I made

Neither Hatton or Spence were prime when they were beaten by Mayweather/Crawford

That’s just pure opinion. The only fact is Hatton went to 147 (true), looked absolute dog**** against Collazo (true), then went straight back to 140lbs (true). He then moved up at command to fight for the money (Mayweather)

At least Pacquiao had the decency to fight Hatton at his prime weight

What part of Hatton turned pbf down at 140 after he beat gatti dont you understand? Hatton didn't want any smoke at 140 while pbf was there so pbf moved up became the champ at 147. Who in the hell is going to go back down in weight for a fight when you call all the shots? Blame Hatton for not fighting pbf at 140 not pbf he tried to make the fight. Like I said earlier pbf beats any version of Hatton better more complete boxer.

I hear what you're saying, I just completely disagree with you.

I listed plenty of fights, those two fit right in. Both great, great victories as per your criteria.

It doesn’t fit the criteria in the slightest. Crawford beating an inactive, brain damaged, drained Spence is not prime Vs prime. Many think for good reason this fight should have happened years ago.

There's plenty that would say this doesn't meet your criteria surrounding referee assistance... And in plenty of places they're right that Fury would've been waved off.
Personal opinion aside (for me, the referee did it right), it's questionable.

Besides, I don't necessarily consider Wilder a "high level fighter". It's possible he was (and possible he still is) but his resume didnt bear that out... Arguably the difference in physical condition somewhat levels out the weight disparity, but I'm not convinced this is a good example.

That’s all very fair, shouldn’t have included it. Wilders cherrypicked resume is smokes and mirrors

Okay , you’re not answering the question. Did Hatton look good fighting Collazo when he moved up for his first fight at welterweight?

Definitely not shell of himself Spence Vs Crawford.

Gambia was way smaller and fighting several weight classes above his natural weight

and, although debated, Margarito supposedly had loaded gloves - so I’m not sure this qualifies
