Benn is in a hole he dug for himself by testing positive twice and he and Eddie have kept digging it deeper and deeper ever since.

Despite their constant whining and moaning, nobody owes either of them anything.

 

If they had just took their medicine no doubt Eddie could have pulled a few strings and Benn could have been fighting again after a 12 month ban

 

It's a mess but at least the bbboc are standing firm on this. Benn has never cleared his name at any point. 2 failed drugs tests and handed his license in so they couldn't ban him. Tried every little dirty angle possible to get away with this. It's clomiphene, he's a drugs cheat.
The WBC gave him a weird get out of jail free card saying it could be eggs and he accepted yet rejected that excuse. Surely a clean athlete could have submitted his dietry plan to trace back to any contamination like Canelo did. He sys they moitor everyting so show your egg supplier and have them tested.
The fact is the suspension was lifted on jurisdiction, his expensive legal team forced it. I love the Hearn/Jordan 2nd showing where Jordan keeps pushing he hasn't been cleared and Hearn is squirming around the answer. He has never explained anything other than poor excuses and playing the victim card. Backdated 4 year ban for bringing the sport into disrepute is needed to stop this ever happening again.

 

You just know they tried to play the same playbook they did with Whyte and finally it seems that people are trying to have. backbone for once. Better late than never I guess but if Benn is allowed to get away with it then matchrooms 'we are the only ones who use VADA, koogs' is as we all know just fluff for goons like Dramashow.

Eubank Jr wants the fight. He will be receiving a lot of money and it will be his biggest payday he will ever earn in his career.

Kalle Sauerland promotes Eubank Jr so not sure why everyone is ganging up on Frank Smith.

Whilst I'll give you, Smith is clearly a good professional and is paying back Matchroom for giving him a break. He might well be good at his job. But he's actively promoting a fighter that hasn't cleared his name from two failed drugs tests and some people find that repugnant.

 

Agree. I’m sure they are desperate to make the first Benn fight, then sell a rematch through any means possible. They can also make another fight with Harlem Eubank too because why not. Lots of fights and money to be made.

I hope they make the fight because it’ll be at 160 where Eubank Jr will most certainly KO Benn.

It's true. He will get to plead his case on January 11th.

There is plenty of discussion about Chris Jnr and Harlem here and this is their brother. It's not hard to join the dots.

 

I'm not saying the sun shines out of Eubank Jr's proverbial, but the vast vast majority of people have a basic sense of right and wrong and would be sickened by what he has been accused of, and there is nothing to indicate this sort of thing is heritable. To smear Eubank Jr simply because he is related to someone accused is wrong IMO.

 

No point shooting the messenger mate. I merely made mention of it. If anyone has smeared anybody's name it is the guy charged with the rapes.
