I think Parker is going to expose/dismantle everything Wilder is, a pure business protected hypejob.

I have more confidence with Parker, but It could be like that, but If I were to bet money, I would bet it on Parker. Parker is strong, has tecnique and has experience, stamina, amateur experience againt powerhouses.

I heavily disagree with WIlder having balls, why isnt he fighting Hrgovic, Zhang, Makmudov or Bakole then? Parker will now have fought Joshua, Wilder, Ruiz, Whyte, Chisora, Takam, he also went with Joshua for unification of belts (or was Joshua mandatory I dont remmember). Wilder had 5-6 years to do that and he fought nobodies until Fury beat his ass.

Parker is 5th in the Ring magaizne, ex champion, and was in top 10 of boxrec and ring for 6-7 years., what the hell are you talking about, he never fought at this level and won.

WIlder opponents except Fury and Ortiz are no names. Helenius isnt worth mentioning.
Parker opponents are all names (not the last few coming from defeat of Joe Joyce) but he fought Joyce, he fought Joshua, he fought Whyte, prime Chisora, Ruiz and prime Takam.

Why didnt Wilder fight Joyce, Hrgovic, Zhang or Joshua before, because they are names, easier to fight 45yo Ortiz, or all other no names + glass Jaw Helenius. Try to KO Zhang or Hrgovic, then talk the talk.

Both are better than 90% of WIlders CV, that is why. Wilder made defences with worse guys thaan Kean and Fury. They are average joes, that is right, but if you are pumping your defences with worse guy than that. that is saying something.

I love the outrage in the leadup to every Wilder fight and it has been going on for 47 fights now.

    'He can't box.'

    'He's been lucky so far.'

    'His legs are too skinny.'

'He isn't that big a puncher'

and he just keeps knocking people off their feet.

I lose no sleep whether he wins or loses. Just find him entertaining. But he is doing a lot of people's heads in. He has some armchair quarterbacks biting down on their gumshields in desperation :D

I really hate picking Wilder in fights, but he's gonna stop Parker, that's all I can see happening. I would laugh my ass off if Parker were to win though.

He is outweighed by some 40-60 pounds against opponents at a thin 6 foot 7 and it took 29 rounds for Tyson Fury to KO Wilder Horizontal.

He took big shots from a murderous puncher in Ortiz and stayed standing.

We've seen guys like Breazeale can crack when he lands and Wilder took big rights from him again still standing.

That's a solid chin imo given his lightweight frame.

Okay, for a guy that's at the lighter end of the division, that's probably not too unfair...

At the same time, there's no points for being smaller - and whilst he survived Ortiz (not without help) he was destroyed by Fury who isn't a huge puncher despite his weight.

For his size it's probably above average - for a heavyweight in general, it's definitely nothing special.

I presume by your weighing system that Usyk has the best P4P chin in the division?

If you don't think Wilder wouldn't absolutely spank Kean and Hughie you are living in an alternative reality. If Wilder fought every Parker had he would beat them all bar maybe AJ in 2018. Resumes will be irrelevant when they fight and I think Wilder will spark Parker out.

You do know that Helenius fought Joshua, too.

    And Helenius fought Whyte, too.

And Helenius fought a 28-year-old Chisora, while Parker fought a 38-year-old Chisora. (Chisora, in his 14th year as a pro with 10 losses, WAS NOT PRIME when Parker fought him.)

And Helenius fought Wilder and Kownacki and Sam Peter and Lamon Brewster and Sergei Liakhovich, who all **** all over Carlos Takam, right?

Hell, Liakhovich arguably beat Andy Ruiz when they fought.

    Try harder.

Both guys have something to prove.

Parker wants to show he has something left in the tank and can get back to the elite level. He doesn't want to be reduced to journeyman status.

Wilder absolutely needs this win or the huge paydays on the horizon against Joshua and the Usyk/Fury winner will be gone forever.

If both are in shape, I think we've got a classic war on our hands because both are motivated. It's a good clash between the more cagey mover Parker and the stalking sniper Wilder. Gun to my head, Wilder should be favored to win, although I think Parker's movement could Wilder trouble based on the Washington and Fury 1 fights. Probably late round KO.
