Too me this is a very good not great class of fighters all of whom provided us with some iconic moments. More than anything, I'm thrilled to see long time trainer Kenny Adam's get in for his years of work with the USA amateur boxing program.

Curious to see thoughts from others on this group.

Yeah, Hatton, Corrales and Calderón are deserved!
I was reading Dan Rafael´s words on this, he voted, the fact that they have Artur Griogorian in the list to be a inductee, is shocking to me, the HoF is losing it... Grigorian ? why ?

In the Observers list, they have Carlos Irusta, which should be in long ago and probably won´t because nobody outside South America knows who he is, I guess...

Definitely running out of first ballot guys until some of the more recent guys accumulate more time to qualify. I'm happy to see Moorer get in although I get why folks question his induction. Out of all of the 175 pound champs that moved up to heavy, he is the only one that stayed for a long time in the division and He was a two time heavyweight champ with numerous wins over top ten heavyweights. He seems like a good guy on top of it.

Very good list IMO I have no arguments to either fighter being in the HOF.

Yeah, he has done some interesting things in retirement. He was a PI for a while too.

Dan Rafael voted for Corrales, Calderon, Hatton, Dariusz Michaelszsky and Wilfredo Vazquez. I´m fine with them all, except Wildredo Vazquez.
I would have voted for Miguel Lora and Meldrick Taylor instead of Vazquez and Michaelszsky.

IMO only Calderon of those inductees is worthy of the HOF.

Nunn and Roman probably the other two most deserving on the ballot.

I forgot about Nunn. Definitely a hall of fame talent. Calderon is for sure worthy. He was an outstanding fighter but in an unpopular weight class.

i always say it's the hall of fame not the hall of great. the baseball hall is the originator from what i know and that has got some lame stuff going on too.

    calderon was great.

Well deserved. I wish every fighter had the guts that Hatton did.
