Teo sends offer to Matias for fight on February

    I hope it does take place, if it does I got Teo by UD or TKO. Matias' style (similar to Regis) just feels made for Teo.

    Teo is a puncher and should have an advantage over a come forward guy like Matias. Luckily for Matias they are not large men. If this was a higher weight class fight then Matias would be blasted out very early in the fight.

    Pretty true tbh. Ive said hes a brutal KO waiting to happen with thst style. Teo is sharp.

    Let's make it happen. Stylistically Teo would do well against a guy like Matias and could outbox him, is a sharp puncher, and also has the power to hurt Matias badly. However Matias has shown to be able to break his opponents spirit and brutalize them to the point that they don't want to come out the next round for another beating. I think it all boils down to Teo's mental state and if he can handle Matias' constant aggression and power.

    Lopez can be insufferable at times, but this type of attitude that boxing needs.

    He isn't afraid of taking on the best available competition.

    Can't stand Teo but credit to him for calling out the boogeyman and running towards the smoke and not in the opposite direction of it like certain other gigantic weight bullies who pretend not to know Matias' name and are suddenly not interested in becoming ''undisputed'' when you have to do it the hard way belt by belt against fighters a little closer to your size instead of winning them all in one fell swoop against extremely favourable stylistic match up one-hit wonders who can't deal with boxers their own size, let alone ones way bigger.

    Imagine he had to try and become undisputed one belt at a time against world champions who weighed 2-3 divisions more than him with 3 to just under 6'' reach advantages or against one who was 20lbs heavier with a near 6'' reach advantage in their backyard with a home ref and three home judges? Oh wait.

    Even worse, he's still a lot bigger than career 140 Matias who is a big dude but he still doesn't want that smoke even though it would be in his country with a home ref and three home judges

    if the teo from josh taylor fight sshows up he outboxes and stops him in late rounds.. if its the lazy half motivated teo we seen then he might be in for a long night

    Matias has an injured hand. Wants to fight March or April instead I think. What’s the betting Teo’s team knew that when they put the offer out …

    I think Teo-Ramirez on Super Bowl weekend will be next. Still a decent fight.

    Let's see them in the ring together first. Teo was getting outboxed and hurt by Loma. Matias is much bigger albeit less skilled.

    Could be just a fake call out used by plenty to get their name in the media.
