    Same relentless vicious pressure style that completely breaks down opponents, and enjoys inflicting pain.
    Great body puncher like Chavez. Tough as nails durable not scared of anything. Benavidez has more physical gifts with his hand speed, and being much bigger and hitting harder for the division. Also more versatile in his offense imo. Chavez 2.0.

    He is a freaking monster and I like the fact that he dares to be great rather then milking the title. Canelo is not going to go anywhere near him for the meantime.

    Benevidez is a beast. Some haters think just because hes tall hes slow. Hes not. Hes got very fast hands and can run combinations. Hes also a sneaky as hell counter puncher. Very unique and unorthodox fighter.

    Long way to go but as a fan of him and Canelo. I don't even want them to fight.
    I want Benavidez to clear out 175 and Canelo to finish out his career.

    I am a big fan of Benavidez. But, he is nowhere near as skilled as Chavez. Nowhere near.

    lol what? He often got his face busted up. Benavidez has way better defence. This is an example of you all being biased because Chavez is a legend rather than looking objectively.

    Inside head movement, parrying, to start with. Footwork is not even close. Doesn’t mean he can’t be great. I just don’t see any resemblance of Chavez.

    He uses a high guard different style of defense. Chavez did not have good defense.
