You're completely off topic. Floyd fought at featherweight in the Olympics at 19.

Furthermore, they had the same advantages and disadvantages as the men they competed against in their eras, so it's irrelevant if you falsely believe Roberto wasn't draining.

Roberto was 132.5 pounds in the ring against Buchanan at 21.

He was 133.5 against bizarro in the ring in '76 at age 25.

When has Floyd been at those weights inside the ring even at 130? They had the same advantages and disadvantages, agreed, but you are trying to spin it into "floyd was the smaller guy", which isn't true. Floyd effectively only put on 15-16 pounds through 5 weight classes.

You bring up a 16-18 year old Floyd's amateur career, while Duran was at Bantamweight at that age. I didn't say he wasn't draining, but clearly he could go at his best in the ring at those lighter weights. Floyd meanwhile rehydrated to a higher weight consistently.

This thread is off-topic. I ain't trying to disprove you. Just pointing out things which you are wrongly arguing for.

Duran and Mayweather are almost exactly the same size. There's like an inch height difference, and a few inches of reach for Floyd, but in terms of weight; at their best, Floyd and Duran weighed almost exactly the same on fight night. At least until Duran got fat, then he of course got bigger.

Mayweather has a 6 inch reach advantager over Duran, but otherwise it's spot on. Floyd has a slightly bigger frame to my eye atleast but he was a gym rat so always kept himself trim.

Lot's of guys don't get ripped on steroids. Fury, Povetkin, Whyte and Helenius aren't exactly mr Olympia.

And Toney was in all likelihood on them for quite a while. When he faced McCallum in 1997, at 29 years of age, he weighed in at 181 for a CW fight so that was probably his weight in the ring as well. Six years later he's 36 lbs heavier and most of it muscle. That's a pretty clear indication that he took steroids.

Anyhow, you can take them without at all looking ripped.

The HBO fight night weights for Mayweather when he wasn't that famous.

The weigh in weights for Duran. (Same day era)

And Duran pounded fluids after weighing in. Still waiting for the apology.
