Even that's debatable at this stage because AJ has had two fights with the best southpaw of the division. This will be an easy late fight stoppage for AJ.
The penny dropped for me that you are talking about Wallin there. Joshua certainly is until he proves differently. This fight is a good opportunity for that but it is up to him and no amount of different trainers can do it for him.
I can remember wallin looking really average against sokolowski. I like the fact AJ is fighting a lefty that had fury in all sorts of trouble but I see AJ stopping Wallin within the distance
Wallin is like a little blond schoolgirl from Stockholm. If I am Joshua with a paper chin..... I am gonna not taking seriously Wallin. Basically Joshua will fight secondary school student. Lol
No version of Joshua has KO'd anyone of substance early, nor could he put a dent in Wallin in their amateur 3 rounders. Joshua can open up for 90-180 seconds but then needs 3-5 rounds to recover (Wlad, Pulev, Usyk 2).
I can remember the less informed boxing fans saying that the Sokolowski "fight" (zero damage 7 day notice sparring session) meant that Wallin would lose against Gassiev.
He doesn’t have but his southpaw stance. Otherwise he has nothing. No power, perhaps a decent chin. He very little chance of winning.
