Are you really that Naïve Olu ?? ROFL Floyd wouldn't fight outside of Vegas & Billy Goat wouldn't fight outside his backyard in a half empty arena Youre a poor troll too lol
I have never followed Rugby Union I find it boring compared to Rugby League. In Australia Union is more a private school game and for the upper class. League is the common mans game it is rougher faster and more exciting it is what I grew up on going to public school. Rugby League also is a big part of Aboriginal culture.
Yeah exactly and when fighters come to Australia from overseas they are treated with respect and the home state always has several gyms that will welcome the foreign fighter with open arms. Tim Tszyu's last few opponents Mendoza, O'Campo and Harrison were given 5 star treatment across the board as was Devin Haney for the Kambosos fights.
Yes, I remember watching some of the pre-fight interviews and face offs for all those fights over in OZ. Same with Fulton when he went over to Japan even after his ignorant ''Inoue is only getting hyped because he's Japanese'' or was it Asian? I can't remember now. And accusing Inoue of being a PED cheat too. Then when Team Fulton arrived they accused Inoue of cheating and wearing illegal wraps. Wraps that are 100% legal in Japan and certain US states. Wraps that Inoue's brother wears all the time and he has one of the lowest KO% out of any champ in the sport, just 4 KOs out of 19 fights. So Inoue graciously agreed to wrap his hands the way Team Fulton wanted and then he proceeded to completely outbox, outclass, and humiliate him before lowering the boom with a vicious HL reel KO wearing said wraps. And then to add insult to injury a few weeks later Mr IV himself Floyd accused Inoue of being on PEDs and said he needs to come to the US and undergo US testing and jump up to 130 to face Twink which would be like Inoue's sixth weight class, the same Twink who has avoided the top guys in every division he's fought in The Japanese people are probably the most polite and respectful people in the world and honour is a huge thing for them over there so accusing their best fighter of being a cheat when you get there is extremely insulting and they still treat Fulton like a king
Yep American fighters are the most privileged, entitled fighters in the world. Any fighter that is elite that is not American is constantly bashed by a certain American fan base. Such fighters like Inoue, GGG, Usyk, Loma, Fury, Tim Tszyu, Beterbiev. Floyd is a such a narcissist that even after he retires he can't stand the thought of anyone potentially being better than him. Despite all his money and success he really is a miserable SOB and everybody knows that he used illegal IV's during his career.
The old school American fighters were much more likable and relatable and I love a lot of those guys but Floyd inspired many of those who came after him to sell their souls to Satan and become demon seeds and my congregation and I will not allow evil to prosper. We will fight it tooth and nail on the battlefield to the last man. Yes that is true. The only one of those fighters you mentioned who isn't a scholar and a gent is Belly He takes narcissism to a new level
You have no idea how indefatigable, overwhelming, passionate, belligerent, infuriating and stubborn I am when I'm arguing with someone. I've driven people to threaten suicide and tears on countless occasions. The only towel that will be thrown is by you personally, just to get me to shut up.
That's none of your ****ing business, and where did I ever mention parents? But if you must know, it was mostly my sisters and a few aunts and uncles that would say **** like that. But no, they knew I was much too of an antisocial malcontent to ever become a lawyer. It was meant as a sarcastic dig, I'm a huge success in most of my family's eyes though, they all assumed I'd end up being a drug addicted alcoholic Satanic psychopath, who'd be murdered due to my big mouth. I've been happy to disappoint them and undercut all of their low expectations.
@Serge I remain completely unconvinced that GGG would have been able to be effective at 154 during the time in question. Just because some fighters can do it, doesn't mean all of them can, and I've long maintained that GGG was perfectly situated for 160. 154 and 168, I still remain unconvinced that he would have done well there at those times (notwithstanding Canelo 3), and I still tend to believe Froch would have beaten Triple G at 168. And @steviebruno As for Canelo coming 2 pounds not making a difference, I do not agree with the insinuation here either. I tend to agree with what Emanuel once told me (I believe it was specifically with regards to Cotto making 145 for the Pac fight). Specifically since Cotto's previous bout with Clottey he weighed only one pound north at 146. Emanuel stated something to the effect (and I'm paraphrasing here) that sometimes 1 or 2 pounds can be all the difference in the world, where a single pound can be like crossing a state line, where all of a sudden you're dealing with an entirely different set of rules and standards as to how your body reacts. Generally speaking, boxers who move back down in weight tend not to be as successful (the only example off the top of my head that acts as an exception was when Judah went back down to 140, but even that was not exactly a stellar return down there).
