That's because he is the size of a child, has the body of a child, and looks like a young child. So when he's trying to be intimidating and threatening to decapitate his rivals like Chocolate Tito when he's known as a featherfist with only 4 KOs, and saying he was born and molded in violence, it looks and sounds ridiculous. But people don't understand that unshakable self-belief and slickness can be intimidating, even if you look and are built like a puny little schoolboy with spaghetti arms, and that throws people and his opponents because it's the complete opposite of what they expect.
