Since 2009 he has 2 victories by KO.

He has no elite power at all.

Curiously 2009 is when people started to openly talk about him being roided to the grills. He smells like PEDs from Nebraska.

 

Elite power is elite power. When you go up in weight and you cant get more than 2 kos in 15 years, you have no elite power.

It's extremelly obvious that pacquiao has no elite power. Now, you can hug his nuts as much as you can.

 

Maybe you don't understand how boxing works but he stopped Cotto and Oscar. You don't do that without elite power.

 

His power doesn't even break into very good territory, let alone elite.
