Pacquiao the only modern fighter to have these qualities?

Pryor was the other guy that came to mind, but he wasn't a murderous puncher or his reputation isn't of the sort historically, irrespective of his KO percentage.

I don't think (in his prime) that Pacquiao was ever in a fight where the other man had more power, speed or work rate. Marquez came close to matching him for power. And Ledwaba came close to matching him for speed. But that's really all.

What’s interesting is you thinking Pacquiao had access to some PEDs no one else did.

Shane didn't come on strong against Vargas and Mayorga; he was just as fatigued as they were but simply gutted it out because he had so much heart. Those guys were shot, though, and Shane was looking sloppy and tired against them despite having superior conditioning.

He faded early against Forrest, Wright, Cotto, etc. He was done after three rounds against Floyd.

Even in his signature win against Oscar, he had a three round lull in the middle of the fight where he was visibly taking deep breaths during the rounds to reset and calm himself.

He was wound way too tightly and wastes lots of energy, IMO.

He knocked out Mayorga clean in the last round thats showing stamina.

He knocked out Rivera in last round that's showing stamina.

He came on late vs ODLH in a great action packed fight throwing 88 punches in round 12 that's showing stamina.

I don't know what you're on about TBH Mosley's stamina has always been one of his better assets. He can consistently throw hard punches throughout entire fight and has shown plenty of stamina and power late on in fights.

His loss to Cotto was a razor thin close decision that could've gone either he also threw over 100 more punches than Cotto.

His losses to Wright, Mayweather, Forrest, have got nothing to do with stamina issues. They just shut Mosley down and that's one of Mosley's biggest weaknesses is he can't adapt, his boxing IQ isn't the strongest for someone with his amazing handspeed.

But I've never thought his stamina was a weakness infact it's one of his most underrated attributes as is his chin.

Man, **** that no skill juicer Manny Pacroid and the rest of the roid freaks in this thread. This thread should be renamed The Juicer's Ball. Pacroid. Roid. Tyson. Benavidez on that SNAC juice too

How Pacroid's head grow to the size of a pumpkin like that? Huh? A-side meth. Ariza's shakes. That's how. It's so obvious

And how's an oompa loomp gonna carry their power up like 7 or 8 divisions and still be going strong and be a bundle of speed and energy in their early 40s beating up much bigger prime world champions? Ain't never seen nothing like it

Even Roid who was obviously on serious juice too head never grew like that and he was done by the time he was 40 and he's way bigger than Pacroid

Since you defined modern as 1980s to present, Duran and Leonard are certainly on there.

He was consistently putting much bigger and elite fighters in some serious pain and hurt. Well into the latter stages of his career.

Yep, Margarito, Oscar, and Morreles wish that they would have been knocked out instead of taking that beatdown and Hatton wish he would've stayed at home. His power was always there and always felt. Every fighter out there respected his power as much as his speed. All those that didn't got knocked out or beat down. Elite power is respected power by your peers. He even had Margarito backing up. I can understand you feeling that way tho cause you only looking at it in one light. Elite power does not mean all knockouts.
