Shows that the promoter, Hearn, lost big money. Secondly, it was obvious this was not a PPV fight. These guys don't generate that kind of revenue to sell a lot of PPV. That is why in the past, only household names were on PPV. Guys like Oscar, Trinidad, Tyson, Holyfield, Lewis, Pacquiao etc. These were guys that could SELL. Haney and Prograis did not meet that criteria. These stunts kill the sport. Start paying fighters what there commercial value is. Haney and Prograis did not justify these kind of purses.

At least Showtime did not require you to have a subscription. ESPN+ is fine to do that because its only $4.99 or so a month and its a major sports hub. DAZN is unknown and like 6 or 7 times the price

So you guys really believe Glaser? :D
Maybe it did 50k maybe it didn't, but how the hell would Glaser know that. He always pulls PPV numbers out of his ass.

Of course you need a subscription to Showtime. It costs $10.99 a month.

ESPN+ is also 10.99 a month or you can pay 109.99 for the year.

DAZN is $9 more a month at $19.99 but you can also pay $149 for the year which would make it like $12 a month.

As a boxing fan I find DAZN having more value with more boxing fights and archived fights.

I'm surprised it did that much.

It wouldn't even have been on HBO back in the day, or if it was it would have been a minor production.
