That was a terrible stoppage.
And the Dubois one was bad aswell- that was after ending earlier round early cos Dubois was in trouble lol

 

Dubois must be one of the few fighters out there who nearly lost a fight fixed in his favour.

Agree shocking. A mate of mine was staying at the Cosmo that weekend and they gave him tickets (because no one gave a **** about the card) and he said Weeks literally ran out of the building the fight was held and into the lift. Couldn’t get out of there quick enough. Didn’t even stay for the formalities. Corrupt scumbag.

 

That guy should not be boxing, he doesn’t have the make up of a fighter and it’s going to end very badly for him.

If he boxes Garcia and get clocked he’ll end up on a stretcher. Fingers crossed anyway.

I agree - it was way too early. It robbed Froch of the comeback as much as it robbed Groves the chance to win the fight.

 

Some of the judges cards are worse than the referees early stoppages.

How the judges can get away with clearly rigged cards is shocking

 

On this, I’m pretty sure Froch was up on the cards against Groves in the first fight too, which is an absolute disgrace because he took a beating for the first 7 rounds and lost every single one clearly.
