If Joshua wins it boosts Usyks resume further. If he losses, Usyks win over Joshua doesn’t mean that much imo!

Lame excuses. His team thought B-side Wallin would be easy work and they got soundly outboxed.

A-side Gassiev shouldn't have taken the fight then, idiot. All boxers have excuses when they lose, it's meaningless.

Amazing, talks about dicks when he's lost the argument. Despite being a massive Lomachenko and EE fanboy.

Gassiev is still embroiled in a dispute with a promoter. Winning the fight w/ Wallin would have meant that he would have made a good sum of a money for a man he despises.

I'm not saying Gassiev threw the fight. But I am saying his motivation may not be the best it's ever been and losing a fight, historically, has not been a bad way to shed a promoter when the courts are doing to nothing to resolve the matter in your favor.

I do not know if he has any lingering effects from his injuries.

Many have valid excuses because many fighters pick and choose when their opponents are “weak” or at a disadvantage. Are you really saying that’s something you approve of?

You didn’t have an argument to begin with. If I was an EE fanboy I’d support Wlad, I don’t because he’s a chinny guy whose best wins he should have been DQd for

Your opinion is irrelevant anyway as you actually believe Wilder has a good resume which means you cannot be reasoned with

Gassiev would likely give Joshua more trouble than Franklin did so I don't see anything for Wallin to be too worried about. I still expect Joshua to win by disputed decision because his Excellency Bin Salman has ordered Wilder next.

Yeah, I kind of agree. I think he's way overhyped because Fury got an unlucky cut. That was just a fluke in my opinion.

Gassiev a good scalp, but he was never the same after the injury and was pretty inactive.

His last fight prior to Wallin was 6 months, then the last one before that was another 6 months. Hardly inactive by today's standards.

Wallin and Parker are two guys who have built careers off being solid enough to never lose to top 30 guys while not having a prayer against the division’s elite. Unfortunately, this role leads to a more financially rewarding career than that of guys who are actually dangerous at any level.

Yeah, and at least Wallin won his outing with a former cruiser weight!
