David Haye vs Filip Hrgovic

Hrgovic.

I think Haye was decent and he had the speed and power to beat a lot of today's heavyweights but a fighter like Hrgovic is his kryptonite. Too big, too strong.

 

Hrgo managed to take a lot of bombs from Zhang - Haye hits hard but not as hard as Zhang, so would be a long night for Haye I think!

 

Need to see more from Hrgovic. Zhang was a good win, but Hrgovic still hasn’t done enough for me to pick him over Haye.

 

It’s a good fight but I still back Haye to catch Hrgovic consistently and win on the cards. A tough nights work for sure though.

 

I don't think Zhang was 100% even for that fight. My bet would be that he started getting his cortisone shots (which do not work forever, btw, and must be used strategically) when he signed to fight Joyce the first time.

 

I need to see Hrgovic against De Mori to truly judge his potential.

LOL.

 

I need to see more of Hrgovic to make the call. No doubt he'd be a difficult opponent but Haye is faster and presents few openings.

 

Haye lost always lose a lot of quality when he fighting bigger, higher man who can heart him.
(I dont count boxer like Harrison)
He looks average with Walujew and never want try give all in Klitschko fight.

I think he probably cancel his fight with Fury because he looks bad vs all this giants on camp also.

Hrgovic would beat him. There is opinion that Filip whoop all ppl on that camp in sparing session and I belive that.
He cut Haye, also being better in sparing with Wilder (footage confirm that).
Tower said he also beat Wach (not soo hard), Wilder and him aswell.

And I hear watching open workout yesterday that they ask David about Hrgovic. They ask him if Filip got chance to be future Hw champion of the world.
Haye answer was "absolultly".

For me Filip win.

Hrgovic wasnt even 50% that fight, his father died.

 

Haye was very fast and that would be a problem for Hrgovic, I didn't vote for anyone because I think that Hrgovic still has to prove himself to be compared to Haye...

 

Bellew destroyed Haye. Two times. Retired him.

Haye is known for running away from his opponents, inside and outside the ring. He ducked Vitali, Fury, Charr and Briggs. His best win is Chisora who has almost half as many losses as wins. He got a robbery against Valuev.

Most overrated fighter in history. Hrgovic would destroy him earlier than Bellew did.

 

Haye cant fight skilled tall fighters.
