The fact that he had a 7-5 either way/6-6 w Loma, dominated Prograis, and weathered the storm vs Linares who, in a rematch, would lose even worse says a lot about Haney.

I like Haney and also believe he's a top 5 fighter in any division he competes and if he moved to 147 he'd be a top guy there also.

I also believe Haney will wait for Boots to move up before venturing into 147. After all, Haney is an intelligent fighter. . .

Its weird that you call out Crawford fans for saying he can compete with Floyd's citing resume as a reason yet you put Ennis in the same class as Crawford and Haney. Using your own logic you're a Crawford hater.

 

He has been continually improving imo and the last fight was really a master class. If you're a fan of boxing there's no reason to deny this, but most here are fans of Loma and not boxing as such. And for some reason, hating on Haney makes Loma greater?

 

He's got elite skills for sure, I think to deny that Is on that next level hater ****. Even if he beats Matias and Lopez next year and became Undisputed at 140, he'd still never get credit from his biggest detractors on this forum. SMH.

 

It was a close fight and no problem with thinking Loma deserved it. And even if you think he was robbed, that's not on Haney. So the hate against him is a bit dysfunctional.

You're not wrong that he's got skills, not at all... But if he beats Lopez and Matias weighing in at 165+ and has 10lbs+ on both of them, you know full well there would be questions about whether it's his skills or his size that was responsible - and it wouldn't be unreasonable to ask that question, surely?

 

He is Elite in this day and age yes, just boring to watch
